Pompei
Pompeii is one of the most important examples of Roman
civilisation, it is like an open book on Roman art, costume,
trade and every day Roman life.
We arrived in Pompeii at the historical gate "Porta Nocera" and we saw what used to be a large gymnasium where the atheletes would train and practice before starting the games in the amphitheatre.
The amphitheatre was only completed after putting in the foundation columns "Sillone" and "Tauro"
